Liverpool refer apparent Mohamed Salah cell phone video to Merseyside police

After Liverpool made easy work of West Ham, the FC crew examine what makes the Reds capable of challenging Man City for the Premier League title. Liverpool have referred an incident caught on video of Mohamed Salah allegedly using a cell phone while driving to the Merseyside police.
In a video posted on Twitter, the striker appears to be on his phone behind the wheel while sitting in traffic and surrounded by a number of people. It is unclear where or when the video was taken.
